We build happiness.
Technology is there to make our lives easier and more enjoyable. Most of our home's technology is in the kitchen - it's where we spend a lot of our time cooking, eating and socializing with family and friends. At the same time, it's where least of tech innovation happens. Your electric kettle hasn't changed much in 65 years, for example.
We at BrandBrandNew want to bring more clean, sustainable and enjoyable tech innovation into happy homes and lives all over the world.

We're not just dreamers - we're makers.
Pioneering spirit and innovation are in our DNA. But we know that coming up with great ideas is only a tiny fraction of the deal. An idea is only as great as its realisation.

The founding fathers.
BBN was founded by two family fathers, David Riding (l) and Wachtang Budagaschwili, in 2020 with the mission of creating a more sustainable, livable future for their children.
David's background is in electrical engineering. His career in London and Berlin spans over 20 years, including work in aerospace (BAE Systems) and industrial design (NBT AG, Miito) as well as his own venture for home and kitchen appliances and accessories (exit 2015). He moved to Germany in 2015 with his wife and two children.
Wachtang's past 12 years feature leading positions in business development and project management at Visa, TrialPay, NEDAP and Mikhail Gorbachev. He is an avid part of Berlin's startup scene and author of multiple books. He moved to Germany in 1996 and resides with his wife and two boys in Berlin.
Our first product, the world's first smart liquid heater named Heatle (www.heatle.de), received positive acclaim not just from international media outlets, but also business and industry and experts.
Heatle is the first startup in the 25-year-old history of the renowned Berlin Business Plan Competition BPW to win all 3 main prizes of the year - including the Special Sustainability Award and the EMC Award by Siemens and InnoEnergy. Heatle was also 2020's finalist in the Berlin Innovation Award and, as of 10/2020, is supported by Bosch in the Bosch Startup Harbour programme.
